Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our #1 commitment to you.  However, due to hygienic standards and the intimate nature of the product, we cannot offer an exchange or refund on any piece of swimwear.  This policy was created with our customers’ health and safety in mind. 

We take great care in assisting each customer in choosing an appropriate swimsuit, and we offer a “hold” service to give you a chance to think about making the purchase, or to bring in a friend for a second opinion.

Should any of our other merchandise (clothing, bags, etc) not meet your expectations, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund on unworn merchandise in the original tender paid.

For a full refund, price tickets must remain attached to the merchandise and the original sales receipt must be presented within 14 days.  After this time frame, or if the reciept and/or tags are not presented, the current selling price will be given towards an exchange or store credit. After 30 days from original purchase the merchandise will be a final sale.

All sale items, earrings, and body jewellery are a final sale and no exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items.

Any item with a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced with exact or similar product that is suitable to your needs.  Products that have defects due to improper care and/or normal wear-and-tear will not be accepted for replacement, exchange or refund.

Items bought as Christmas/Holiday gifts may be returned until January 2 and exchanged until January 15.  Our policy on swimwear still applies; we cannot offer an exchange or refund on any piece of swimwear.

 

How do I care for my swimsuit?

Wash your swimsuit thoroughly in lukewarm or cool water.  Fill your sink up with lukewarm water and swimsuit wash (such as Aquamate).  Hand wash your swimsuit by wringing it to work through the cleanser and wash out the oils, salt and chlorine.  Don’t scrub your suit as this can cause threads to fray and colors to wear.  Allow your suit 10-15 minutes to soak in the soapy water, then rinse thoroughly and hang to dry or lay flat on a clean dry towel.

Do you sell Gift Certificates?

We do sell gift certificates and you can purchase them in any denomination.

Gift certificates can be redeemed for merchandise only and cannot be returned for refund.  A gift certificate is like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Do you offer Specialty Sizing?

Yes!  We offer plus sizes for women sized 16-26, and Men’s sizes up to 2XL.  We also offer Long Torso suits in sizes 6-24 depending on the style.  Bra sizing is available in bikini, tankini and one piece suits in 32-40 D, DD, E, and F cup sizes.

Can I buy your products online?

At this time we do not offer online shopping.  However, you are welcome to browse our blog and visit the websites of our suppliers before coming into the store to make a purchase. Please feel free to call us to check if a particular style is in stock.  Be sure to have the Brand Name, Style Number, Color and Size information handy when calling.

If I sign up for your email list, will I get a bunch of junk mail I don’t want?

We respect your privacy.  We will not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone – your information will be used solely by Sublime Apparel Inc (Sublime Swim and Sunwear).  We will send you an email 3-4 times per month (max) to keep you in the loop of special promotions and sales. Sign Up HERE.
