When you decide to order one or several items from us for your Destination Wedding or special holiday, we will require a 50% deposit when the item(s) get ordered, and the remaining balance when you pick up the item(s).
The deposit is non refundable but the amount may be transfered to a store credit (or put towards other items), and this decision is left up to our discretion. We will do our best to accommodate you but ultimately the decision is ours.
For example, if you order dresses for your bridesmaids and when they come in, the color isn't quite suited to your taste. If we (Sublime) think that we would be able to sell them in the store, and/or we have room to merchandise the product, we will keep the product and let you transfer your deposit to other items or a store credit.
If we don't think the product is suited to our range, the responsibility is yours to pay the remaining balance or forfeit your deposit. No exceptions will be made.
Garments can only be sent back to the manufacturer in the event of manufacturing defects.
